Code of Honor
NGO "Veterans Union 'SAPSAN'"1 1. General Provisions
1.1. The Code of Honor is the foundation of the internal culture, mutual respect, and conduct of members of the SAPSAN NGO.
1.2. Every member of the organization is obliged to adhere to the principles of dignity, responsibility, mutual respect, and service to society.
1.3. Violation of the Code of Honor constitutes a violation of the organization's values and entails disciplinary liability.
2 2. Ethical Principles of the Community
2.1. Dignity and Trust
- The word of a member of the organization is binding.
- Untruth, manipulation, and dishonesty are incompatible with membership in SAPSAN.
2.2. Equality and Justice
- All members of the organization are equal in rights and responsibilities.
- No privileges are permitted except those earned through real deeds.
2.3. Solidarity
- A member of the organization does not abandon a colleague in need.
- Mutual support is the foundation of SAPSAN's strength.
2.4. Responsibility and Determination
- A member of the organization acts responsibly and with consideration.
- Fear is not a shame, but it cannot determine behavior.
2.5. Support for the Vulnerable
- The organization stands on the side of truth, law, and human dignity.
- Any form of humiliation or violence against the defenseless is unacceptable.
2.6. Order and Mutual Respect
- Decisions of the governing bodies are binding.
- Violation of order is an insult to the entire community.
2.7. Modesty and Dignity
- A member of the organization does not boast or humiliate others.
- Deeds speak louder than words.
2.8. Development and Excellence
- Every member is obliged to improve their skills, knowledge, and endurance.
- Unpreparedness is disrespect for colleagues.
2.9. Respect for Traditions
- A member of the organization honors the history, symbols, flag, emblem, and rituals of SAPSAN.
- Violation of traditions is a violation of dignity.
2.10. Service to Society
- A member of the organization acts in the interests of society and veterans.
- Personal gain cannot be above duty.
3 3. Final Provisions
3.1. The Code of Honor is binding for all members of the SAPSAN NGO.
3.2. The Code may be amended or supplemented by decision of the Organization's Council.
3.3. Acceptance of the Code is a condition for joining the organization.
